Hill of Fiddes - Project Website

 

  • Hill of Fiddes is located 9 miles north of Aberdeen and 4 miles south of Ellon. Planning permission has now been granted for three wind turbines at 102m tip height.

  • Many will recognise the site as a turbine has existed at top the Hill of Fiddes for over 20 years

  • The project will displace 14,000 tonnes of carbon dioxide

  • It will generate enough electricity to power approximately 3700 homes per year.
