Matt Kelly, Commercial and Construction Manager, joined Broadview in 2008. Matt has gained nine years of wind industry experience across the UK and Australia, in both construction and planning, and has more than 15 years’ experience in large-scale civil engineering projects. Matt is responsible for taking Broadview's projects from planning consent through construction and operation
