Peter Hughes, Director (non-executive) is a founder and director of Broadview.  Mr Hughes was previously the Managing Director of Powergen International Ltd. Mr Hughes established Powergen International Ltd. as a 10,000 MW independent power business with assets of $8 billion in 10 countries.

Mr Hughes advised and invested in Wind Plus Inc. which is developing a number of projects including a 106 MW project in Texas.

Jeffrey Corrigan, Managing Director, is a founder and director of Broadview.  Mr Corrigan was previously Head of European Energy at the Royal Bank of Canada.  He has over 15 years’ experience in the power sector, and has been involved in raising over £8.5 billion for energy projects in North America, Australasia and Europe. Previously he was Head of Group Project Finance at Powergen plc.

Mr Corrigan has been involved in the wind industry since 1999, when Powergen plc structured one of the first portfolio financings to fund its wind development joint venture.  He was also a founder and investor in Creststreet Power Holdings Limited which co-developed the 54 MW Copper Mountain wind generation project in Murdochville, Quebec, Canada.
